OUR PROCESS.
Here's how it works, having us as your photographers!
1. We recommend that you start by reading this guide to get a feel for what it will be like to work with us. If you haven’t already done so, please take the time to fill out your booking form. This has already been emailed to you. It includes a questionnaire, deposit information, and a contract to sign. The deposit and signature will hold your date, and the questionnaire allows us to get to know you and your wedding photography needs!
2. After the deposit and contract have been sent, we will read over your questionnaire, and you are booked!
3. Your wedding or elopement package includes timeline planning - often done via a timeline meeting (usually scheduled for 6-8 weeks before the wedding) where we can brainstorm and create a rough draft of your custom wedding day timeline. Don't have time to meet up? We can always do it over the phone or via video chat!
5. If we are doing an engagement session for you two, we will schedule that and make it happen! You will receive your edited images a few weeks after the session, so you can use them for announcements, invitations, etc.
6. About a month before your wedding, we will send out your final photography schedule, which will collect the remaining final details from you that I will need to make sure the photography side of your wedding day runs perfectly! This usually includes any specific details you’d like photographed from your shot list, along with names and combinations of family and friends you would like photos of.
7. We will show up to your wedding day with our game faces on, ready to kick some wedding ass!
8. We process and edit your wedding photos and curate them into a beautiful online digital gallery, which you can download straight to your computer, save to your phone, and share with friends and family. Your gallery also has a store from which you can order prints and other fun products that are personalized with your wedding photos! A Sneak Peek Gallery will be sent out 1 week after your Wedding, and the remaining will be sent 7-9 weeks after.
9. You and your partner will live happily ever after, and your Wedding photos will last a lifetime! Woohoo!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
...
Q: What if we change our wedding date?
A: If your new date is open in our calendar, we'd, of course, be happy to switch it for you at no extra charge. However, suppose we are already booked for that day. In that case, we can discuss having an associate photographer shoot your wedding so that we can still curate and edit your wedding photos, or if you prefer, we will put together a list of referrals for you to find another photographer who will be a great match!
Q. Do you edit all the photos you give us?
A: Yes! Every single photo. We pour our hearts and souls into every image! Editing is a huge part of a photographer's work; we do not deliver RAW or unedited images at any time.
Q: Do you bring along a second shooter?
A: Yes! All of our wedding collections include Joanna (primary) and Dom (secondary). If you want a third shooter, let us know and we can add that! More photographers help things move more quickly and smoothly, especially if it’s a big Wedding. With more shooters, you will also have more diverse pictures!
Q: What if we need you to stay longer than expected?
A: We keep your whole wedding day open so if you need us to stay longer than we originally scheduled, just let us know! We will invoice you for the additional coverage after the wedding.
Can we print our photos? Do you offer albums and other products?
A: We don’t print any photos, however, prints can be purchased through our online gallery platform - Pixieset. If you’d like to create an album, we can put together a list of reputable websites for you!
Q: Do you have any reviews from past clients that we can look over?
A: Yes! You can read some of the love notes from our amazing clients here!
Q: What do I do about Photo Permits?
A: If you booked a photo location, please make sure to check if it requires a photography permit. If there is a fee, you are responsible for paying it. This fee is not included in our packages.
Q: How do we receive our photos?
A: All of your high-resolution digital images will be delivered through an online client gallery, which you will be able to share and download!
Q: If I want photos at a different location other than my venue, what do I do?
A: If you are looking for a specific location to take pictures at for your Wedding day, we can provide you with a list of recommendations based on your vision, but it is ultimately your decision!

We will schedule a call or meeting 6-8 weeks before your date and go over the timeline and shot-list details. For now, sit tight, relax, and know that your Wedding pictures will be in good hands :)
