Over the past few months, I’ve been able to teach art to a wide variety of age groups. I’ve enjoyed my time instructing Seniors, children, adults, and youth. I have come up with specific activities pertaining to mindfulness and gratitude. The activities that I plan are inspired by famous impressionist and abstract work by Picasso, Klimt, Monet and Van Gogh.
